Mr Phillip Kale ​

Director & Tradesman

I have worked in the building and construction industry since 1998 and have gained a vast amount of knowledge in various trades such as flat roofing, lead work, tiling, plumbing, brickwork, carpentry, garden design, landscaping and project management.


I have qualifications in Construction & Design Management, Electrical Safety, Legionella Awareness, Health & Safety, Security & Military Experience to name a few.

I worked as a Site & Facilities Manager in Education from 2009-2016 to expand my skills within the Facilities sector. ​


PDK Maintenance Ltd has been established since 2005 and as a small business and I have done well with client return and satisfaction.


My military background and years in the building trade have only enhanced my very high standards, punctuality, enthusiasm, reliability and pride in my hard work ethic.

Mrs Eleanor Kale

Joint Owner & Secretary

Currently a full time Medical Needs Manager for a special needs School in Chichester.

I have 25 year experience working in the health sector and have qualifications in Education and Training, I am fully First Aid Trained and Paediatric First Aid Trained. 


During my spare time, usually during the holidays I work along side my husband Phil thus I   have gained a vast amount of experience in painting and decorating and pay great attention to detail. 


I also have a wide variation of skills relating to Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Data Input & Analysis.
